If you are unsatisfied with your order or need to make an exchange or have any inquiries regarding your order, please send us an email with your order number at support@angeldepalma.com with your order number in the subject line. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer store credit or limited exchanges for swimwear tops that are unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are not guaranteed as they are assessed on a case-by-case basis and determined by the available stock at the time of your request. Note: We do NOT offer returns or exchanges for swimwear bottoms, no exceptions.
We do not process refunds for returned items. All shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel orders, in which case a full refund will be issued.
