
Exchanges and Support
If you are unsatisfied with your order or need to make an exchange or have any inquiries regarding your order, please send us an email with your order number at support@angeldepalma.com with your order number in the subject line.
We offer store credit or limited exchanges for swimwear tops that are unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are not guaranteed as they are assessed on a case-by-case basis and determined by the available stock at the time of your request. Note: We do NOT offer returns or exchanges for swimwear bottoms, no exceptions.
We do not process refunds for returned items. All shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel orders, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 in the U.S.
Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for orders placed with standard shipping.
After we ship an item, we are not responsible and do not issue refunds for any lost or stolen packages. Therefore, please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure.
International Orders
We currently offer international shipping via DHL. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
